What happens after you contact us

Contact form messages arrive in our support chat, and support@weaverse.io is read by our CEO/Founder. Both are handled by the Weaverse team.

1. We review your request
We read what you send. Email is how we follow up, with answers or with the questions we need to understand your project.
2. Scoping, by email or call
If your project needs it, we work through technical scope by email, or on a discovery call if you prefer one. A call is optional.
3. Agreed next steps
Service work starts only after both sides agree a written statement of work covering scope, schedule, fees and support.
NDA and security review
If you need an NDA or have a security questionnaire, mention it in your first message so we can discuss your requirements before you share anything confidential. Any NDA is subject to both sides agreeing its terms.
